Job Summary

Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare a variety of dishes, lead team members, and complete bulk food orders accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare diverse dishes including parota, dosa, idly, sambar, chutney, rasam, fried rice, noodles, chapathi, chilli chicken, butter chicken, biriyani, and pulao following recipes and quality standards
• Read and write in English to understand recipes, instructions, and communicate effectively within the team
• Lead and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of bulk orders
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Execute bulk food orders with accuracy and consistency to meet customer expectations
