Job Summary

Looking for a full-time dedicated chef to join the team, specializing in cooking western food. The role requires working five days a week, including evenings Monday to Friday and day and night shifts on weekends. Immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook western food dishes consistently to meet quality and taste standards
• Collaborate effectively with floor staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and share tips fairly
• Manage kitchen operations independently during slower shifts to maintain efficiency and food quality
• Work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday evenings and both day and night shifts on weekends

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in cooking western food
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently during slower shifts
