Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessarySelect and mix paint colors to match specifications

Apply paint to surfaces using a spray gun

Ensure that paint is applied evenly and without drips or runs

Monitor drying times and make adjustments as necessary

Clean and maintain spray guns and other equipment

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear

Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed ontime and to the required standard
