Market Research & Business Development

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and market potential.

- Develop market entry strategies and evaluate customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

- Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, distributors, and local business partners.

Project Management & Business Implementation

- Lead and coordinate overseas market entry projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project execution and operational setup.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive successful business launch and expansion activities.

Cooperation with headquarter in Japan

- Establish a good relationship with headquarters for better cooperation.

- Report necessary items to headquarters in a timely manner. 

- Share information from the headquarter to relevant departments.

Job Requirement

·       Minimum 20 years enterprise sales or planning experience.

·       Minimum 20 years products business experience.

·       At least a bachelor’s degree in Humanities, or a related field is required.

·       Possess good knowledge of market trends.

·       Good project management skill.

·       Strong organizational and leadership skill.

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·       Possess good disposition.

·       Possess excellent written and verbal communication in both English & Japanese as this role will need to liaise frequently with head office in Japan.
