Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
Conduct regular store visits to maintain operational standards, customer service, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
Monitor sales performance and support promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Procurement teams on promotions, product availability, and inventory planning.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock transfers, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Prepare staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and coordinate manpower deployment across outlets.
Coach and support retail staff to ensure compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
Conduct outlet inspections and work with the QA team to maintain food safety and operational standards.
Prepare operational, sales, inventory, and KPI reports for management review.
Support new store openings, renovation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Job Requirements:


Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management within the retail industry.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP S4 is a plus.
