We are looking for a Project Engineer to coordinate and execute semiconductor tool hook-up activities within wafer fabrication facilities. The role involves managing utility connections, contractors, safety compliance, quality inspections, and project schedules to ensure successful tool installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tool hook-up works for piping, gas, exhaust, electrical, vacuum, CDA, DI water, and chemical systems.

• Review drawings and technical documents, monitor contractors, and conduct site inspections.

• Ensure compliance with EHS, cleanroom, QA/QC, and client requirements.

• Support FAT/SAT, startup, commissioning, and project handover.

• Prepare project progress and status reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• 3–8 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fab, facilities, construction, or tool installation projects.

• Ability to read P&IDs and engineering drawings.

• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of semiconductor utility systems, cleanroom practices, and EHS requirements preferred.
