 Location: Tuas Area
 Salary: Up to $3,500 (based on experience)
 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels based on consumption trends.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate records in SAP.
• Coordinate inbound shipments and ensure timely updates of shipping information.
• Verify invoices and shipping documents to support goods receiving activities.
• Manage cross-trade shipments and coordinate with stakeholders for direct customer deliveries.
• Process vendor-related claims and follow up on resolutions.
• Maintain accurate material master data in SAP (e.g. HS codes, lead times, standard lengths).
• Ensure purchasing operations comply with company policies and quality standards.
• Prepare reports and support ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Materials Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing, planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools will be an advantage.
