Duties:

• Provide administrative assistance to the operations team by managing calendars, organizing meetings, and maintaining documentation.
• Act as the main liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and delivering quality customer support.
• Support the creation of reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
• Coordinate logistics for events, deliveries, and various operational tasks.
• Work closely with different departments to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
• Handle additional duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in engaging clients and team members at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in administrative or client-facing roles, ideally within a client and sales support environment.
