About the Role

Sea Park Pet Supplies Sdn Bhd is looking for an E-commerce Admin to support our online sales operations, with the Portfolio like Farmina Pet Foods, Bonzoopet, and other world-renowned brands. You will manage e-commerce platforms, process orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure excellent customer service while supporting our growing digital business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
• Process customer orders, returns, and enquiries.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfilment.
• Upload new products and maintain product information.
• Prepare shipment details and tracking updates.
• Generate sales reports and support promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate transaction and customer records.
