Experience & Education

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Culinary Arts, F&B, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 1–3 years experience in F&B, kitchen, or R&D role preferred (fresh grads with strong passion may also apply)
• Experience in Thai cuisine, fried chicken concepts, or QSR is an advantage

Ayee Southern Thai Fried Chicken is looking for a passionate R&D team member to help us create bold new dishes, refine our menu, and bring authentic Southern Thai flavors to life — with a twist.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and test new menu items (mains, sauces, sides, drinks)
• Experiment with flavors, textures, and presentation
• Run tasting sessions and refine recipes based on feedback
• Work closely with outlet teams to standardize SOPs for new dishes
• Source and test ingredients for cost-effective, scalable recipes
• Stay updated on food trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
