  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 –5 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or EPC industry, with at least 2 years in a project management or project lead role.
  • Proven experience managing engineering projects, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems, and industrial automation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to travel to project sites and offshore locations as required.

Responsibilities

 We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to lead and manage E&I engineering projects within the oil & gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) engineering projects from planning through project completion.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Review and approve engineering deliverables, technical documents, drawings, and material submissions.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
  • Manage project changes, variations, and cost control to achieve project objectives.
  • Support site execution, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities when required.
