About the Role

Reporting to the head of Quality and Technical Operations, you will be primarily responsible for managing operational and forecast/demand planning activities at third parties across Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Run the monthly planning cycle including demand, supply and inventory reviews with all key stakeholders
  • Lead the monthly Inventory and Logistics meeting, and maintain the supply tracker
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Medical to develop and review the demand forecast
  • Prepare the supply plan, aligning with the demand plan, focusing on maintaining adequate stock levels while promoting stock turns and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with operations and batch processing
  • Escalate red flags, including potential shortages or over supply, bringing together relevant parties to resolve in a timely manner
  • Manage relationship with third party manufacturers
  • Drop production orders with third party manufacturers
  • Manage production scheduling for packaging activities at packaging sites
  • Support packaging activities, review production documentations and work closely with internal team and external service providers to ensure timely supply to the market
  • Oversee the procurement of all products and components
  • Management of product life cycle, including source change, regulatory updates or discontinuation
  • Management of Printed Materials including working with designers and packaging suppliers
  • Support in the processes of product returns, recalls and destructions, where necessary


About You

You are a self motivated, experienced and detail oriented professional who thrives in complex environments where priorities evolve quickly. You will be a strong collaborator and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Additionally, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications chemistry or biological sciences or related field
  • Demonstrable experience in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Knowledge of Good Distribution and Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Current knowledge of the Australian, New Zealand and Singapore therapeutic regulatory requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, NetSuite advantageous
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • A strong ability to be adaptable and flexible
