Job Responsibilities

• APS System Implementation and Management:
• Participate in the implementation of the APS system for textile production, ensuring a smooth transition and efficient utilization.
• Manage and maintain the APS system, staying updated with the latest features and enhancements.
• Capacity Planning and Production Coordination:
• Utilize APS tools to calculate and design production capacity plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Develop and optimize production
• :plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate closely with the production floor, ensuring seamless communication on planned schedules, required capacity, and outstanding schedule reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any issues related to orders.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making:
• Utilize data analytics and insights generated by APS for informed decision-making regarding production plans and resource allocation.
• Provide regular (daily/weekly) reports on production status and performance.
• Adaptability and Change Management:
• Quickly adapt to changes in quantity and delivery dates based on sales feedback.
• Effectively manage changes, ensuring consistency with the APS system and minimal disruption to production.
  
  

Textile Process Familiarity:

Familiarity with knitting and dyeing processes, with the ability to formulate corresponding production plans.

Communication and Coordination:

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cooperation among different departments.

Analytical and Logical Thinking:

Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, enabling quick responses to complex production issues.
