Job Purpose:
To handle full spectrum of operational HR duties including recruitment, attendance, payroll data, and ISO documentation for Company.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Maintain HR records and update employee database.
• Track and compile data for payroll (attendance, OT, allowances, claims).
• Monitor leave, medical certificates, and disciplinary issues.
• Prepare ISO 9001 & 45001 documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, records).
• Assist in training coordination and performance appraisals.
• To perform any other duties and ad-hoc as and when required by the Management.
• Keep highly Private and Confidential on all staff and company information.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration / Management or equivalent any field.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related HR & Admin related fileds.
• Familiar with Malaysian labor law and ISO standards.
• Proficient in Excel
• Good communication skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work as a team as well as independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, result oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
