The Fleet Management Executive is responsible for managing the company's fleet operations to ensure vehicles are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and available to support business operations. This role oversees vehicle maintenance, licensing, fuel management, vendor coordination, and fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company fleet.
- Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including road tax, insurance, PUSPAKOM inspections, and permits.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and optimize fleet efficiency.
- Track fuel consumption and investigate any irregularities.
- Coordinate with workshops, suppliers, and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, including maintenance history, insurance, accidents, and vehicle documentation.
- Monitor fleet-related costs and prepare monthly reports.
- Investigate vehicle accidents and coordinate insurance claims.
- Support vehicle procurement, disposal, and replacement planning.
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies and road safety regulations.
- Develop and implement fleet policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize fleet management systems to monitor vehicle performance and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian transport regulations, vehicle maintenance, and fleet operations.
- Experience with fleet management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
