Position: Risk Management Senior Executive (Senior Officer)

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: RM5,500 - 7,000 (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the annual risk-based audit plan, independently conducting end-to-end audits of key business, financial, and operational processes.
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks and control gaps across departments, proposing practical, data-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
- Draft comprehensive audit workpapers and high-quality reports that clearly translate complex findings into actionable strategic recommendations for the HOD.
- Lead the revision and writing of SOPs to ensure operational workflows strictly align with corporate goals, best practices, and local regulations.
- Review commercial contracts and ensure PDPA compliance, identifying legal risks and establishing robust personal data protection controls.
- Establish a structured tracking system to monitor and verify that departments successfully implement agreed-upon corrective actions and audit recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional department heads as a trusted advisor to proactively address compliance issues and strengthen internal controls before they escalate.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related professional qualification (e.g., CIA, ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of working experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance, or a related field.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment frameworks, and audit methodologies.
- Proven experience in SOP development, PDPA compliance, and contract review.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- High level of integrity, strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Possess own transport and a valid driver's license.
