Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage company social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Develop marketing materials such as posters, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Assist in planning promotional activities, events, and company campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Generate creative ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media advertising and content marketing.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or related roles (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new marketing trends.
