• Welcome customers warmly, address inquiries, and provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and achieve individual as well as team sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and replenished promptly.
• Assist with inventory management by receiving, organizing, and restocking products, while reporting any discrepancies quickly.
• Handle cash, credit card, and return transactions accurately in line with store policies and procedures.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback and product insights to support service and product improvements.
• Contribute to loss prevention by following security protocols and remaining alert to potential theft or suspicious activity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
