Job Description

• Assist the Pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations.
• Verify prescriptions in compliance with pharmacy laws and hospital policies.
• Prepare, label, and dispense medications accurately.
• Measure, mix, and repackage medications as required.
• Maintain inventory of Dangerous Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs.
• Ensure accurate drug charging and verify inpatient and outpatient prescriptions.
• Perform stock control, including ordering, storage, and expiry checks.
• Provide medication information or refer customers to the Pharmacist.
• Support Quality Assurance through data collection and service improvement.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Pharmacy, preferably related working experience in hospital.
• Computer literate.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail and good numeracy skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team, dynamic and supportive.
• Caring and compassionate with a strong desire to improve standards.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the requirements of the job role and willing to work on shift.
