We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented FULL SET ACCOUNT to support our operations in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh. This role requires someone capable of managing both accounting and HR-related tasks efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including payment vouchers, official receipts, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analyses to support business decisions.
• Handle e-Invoicing processes in compliance with LHDN requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and assist with tax filing matters.
• Manage staff payroll, commissions, livestream host incentives, employee claims, and reimbursements.
• Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping records and ensure accurate entries in the accounting system.
• Assist with HR functions such as employee record management, HR documentation, and payroll support.
• Oversee admin tasks like purchase orders, delivery orders, inventory invoices, and office coordination.
• Collaborate with the livestream and operations teams to align finance and HR needs with fast-moving campaign activities.
• Support the improvement of existing systems and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin – essential for communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Autocount Accounting software, familiar with Malaysia’s e-Invoice system and LHDN requirements
• Education: Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Software Knowledge: Competent in using Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Work Style: Independent, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Awareness: Comfortable working in a digital/online retail environment, especially livestream-based sales.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Location: Must be willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
