FENDA CAFE Hiring! Full Time Barista assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Support the baristas so the bar runs smoothly — drink preparation, restocking, washing, cleaning, and keeping service moving during busy periods. Prepare simple beverages, assemble and pass orders, and manage dishware and bar supplies.

Requirements:

• Fast, clean and reliable on a busy bar.
• Follow instructions and keep the station stocked and tidy.
• Help maintain service speed and support the baristas as needed.
• Punctual and dependable.

Complementary skills, experience & certification

• Complementary skills: Genuine willingness to learn the coffee craft; basic drink preparation; strong teamwork; friendly with customers.
• Experience: Basic café experience preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is accepted in place of experience.
• Certification: MOH-recognised Food Handler Training certificate (SLPM, ~RM50, valid for life) plus a valid anti-typhoid vaccination (renewed every 3 years) — legally required under the Food Hygiene Regulations 2009 before handling any food or drink. Can be arranged after hiring if not yet held. Any barista/coffee training is a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

• Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
