Vet Partners is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team! This role combines digital marketing, content creation, and client engagement to help more pet owners discover and experience quality veterinary care.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, and other digital platforms.
• Support digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and clinic growth.
• Be the first point of contact for client enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, email, and online channels — helping convert enquiries into clinic visits.
• Develop creative marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and digital assets.
• Work closely with clinic teams, vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Support events, promotions, and exciting projects across our veterinary clinics.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, customer service, sales, or similar roles.
• Passionate about social media, creativity, and connecting with audiences.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, retail, or service industries is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel occasionally for branch activities and content creation.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
