POSITION: HEAD OF SECTION - TRAINING & CONSULTATION

LOCATION: CTRM AERO COMPOSITES SDN. BHD., MELAKA

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Science or related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership role, training modules development, corporate training or consultation projects.

3. Must possess a valid HRD Corp Train-The-Trainer (TTT) certification

4. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital presentation tools, and audio-visual systems, along with knowledge of LEAN methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S).

5. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead and manage the Training & Consultation unit, including team performance, reporting, and daily operations.

2. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow training and consultation business in line with company targets.

3. Design, develop, and continuously improve training modules and learning programs aligned with market and client needs.

4. Manage training projects and corporate events, including facilitation and stakeholder engagement.

5. Ensure effective implementation of processes, procedures, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

6. Monitor team performance using LEAN principles and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

7. Drive sales and marketing initiatives, identify business opportunities, and build strong external networks.

8. Optimize resource utilization and budget management to maximize productivity and organizational impact.

9. Expand existing product offerings and develop new programs aligned with current technology and future trends.

10. Mentor, motivate, and develop team members to achieve company KPIs and continuous improvement goals.
