About the Role

Energy Service Innovations (M) Sdn Bhd is an established electrical and engineering services organization specializing in transformer testing, maintenance, commissioning, and power system services. We are seeking a technically competent and commercially driven Engineering Administrator to support our expansion within the Power Utilities, Industrial, Electrical Engineering Contractors, and Infrastructure sectors.

This role combines technical advisory, tendering, and business development, covering the full sales cycle administration from opportunity identification to project handover, including the entire cycle of documentation and sales development.

What’s Your Responsibilities?

-Drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities and maintaining a new customer base.

-Understand our products, services, technical features, functionalities, and their benefits.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients by understanding customers’ requirements and aligning product offerings with their needs.

-Knowledge in preparing tenders, proposals/quotations, and required sales documents efficiently and meticulously to be submitted by the required deadline.

-Carry out duties and assignments on an ad-hoc basis as assigned by management.

-Present ESI’s solutions confidently in technical discussions and meetings.

-Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction, reports, documents, and other needs as per project requirements.

Our Requirements

-Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field (Mechanical or Electrical would be an added advantage).

-Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, tendering, and quotation within the Electrical Engineering industry.

-Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.

-Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

-Self-motivated, independent, and passionate about achieving results; passionate and

-Willing to learn; a fast learner who can carry out instructions quickly.

-Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
