Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport schedules and vehicle assignments.
• Monitor driver attendance and delivery progress.
• Plan routes to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain transport records and reports.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced and maintained according to schedule.
• Handle transport-related issues and resolve delivery delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and road transport regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet coordination is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of transport operations and scheduling is preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
