Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will serve as the first point of engagement for customers—guiding them through our range of services and products and helping them choose the solutions that best meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at retail outlets and online channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Feng Shui services, astrology readings, or products.
• Educate customers about service benefits and product features with enthusiasm and credibility.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Maintain attractive and organized displays of products and promotional materials.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Passionate about helping people and creating positive client experiences.
• Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to learn about Feng Shui concepts and service offerings.
• Goal-oriented and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• 具备零售或销售经验者优先（非强制要求）
• 愿意学习风水相关知识及公司服务内容
• 目标导向，能够在充满活力、团队合作的环境中工作
