• Manage and coordinate communications with multiple vendors and external partners.
• Support project execution in collaboration with the China project team by coordinating vendor resources and ensuring the successful completion of daily and ad hoc tasks.
• Review vendor execution reports and project deliverables, and liaise with vendors regarding invoicing, payment reconciliation, and settlement matters.
