Key Responsibilities

• Forecast product demand based on sales trends, historical data, and market requirements.
• Prepare and maintain inventory replenishment plans to ensure optimum stock levels.
• Monitor stock movement, inventory turnover, and aging stock.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of products.
• Work closely with suppliers to monitor delivery schedules and resolve supply issues.
• Prepare purchase planning based on sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Monitor stock availability and prevent stock shortages (Out-of-Stock) or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse team on inbound and outbound inventory planning.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams regarding promotions, seasonal demand, and new product launches.
• Analyze sales performance and inventory data to improve demand planning accuracy.
• Monitor product lead times and recommend improvements to the supply planning process.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and planning reports.
• Ensure inventory data accuracy in the ERP or inventory management system.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory costs and supply chain efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation related to planning and inventory activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
