• Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, and monthly closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, cash flow reports, budgets, and financial analysis for management.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST (where applicable), and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor hotel revenue, daily sales reconciliation, collections, supplier payments, and overall cash flow.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretary, and relevant government authorities.
• Establish and maintain proper accounting procedures, internal controls, and compliance with company policies.
• Supervise, guide, and delegate daily accounting tasks to the Accounts Assistant while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of work.
• Perform any other finance and administrative duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
