Senior Account Executive- Shah Alam

Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts for HKL including monthly accounts closing schedule & reporting
• Issue monthly Statement of Accounts to customers for HKL
• Monitor petty cash reimbursement/balance, check bank statements and prepare bank reconciliation
• Monitor & follow up port billings & prepare related billings (HHE/HKL)
• Assist in preparing monthly accounts closing for HHE
• Prepare & monitor Bank Guarantee (HHE/HKL)
• Assist in prepare Tonnage report (check/correct error CW1)
• Perform purchasing tasks including sourcing supplier, issue Purchase order & follow up with vendor all related matter (report to AGM)
• Comply/attend ISO Purchasing related matter
• Assist in liaising with external parties, such as auditor, banker, tax agent, company secretary and other related authorized parties
• Assist in monitoring bank balance & discuss with AP team for the funds allocation
• Any ad-hoc works/report which are assigned by HOD

Job Requirement:

• LCCI / Diploma in Accounting, Banking, or any related discipline with a minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity
• Ability to handle a full set of accounts
• Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel)c
• Ability to write and converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess the maturity to deal with management and external parties
• Pleasant personality with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and able to work closely with all internal department

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
