Assist in the inspection and testing of construction materials to ensure compliance with approved specifications, standards and project requirements.

Identify and report materials, products or workmanship that do not meet the required quality standards, and assist in recommending appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct random site inspections to assess the quality of materials and completed works.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Project Manager, Site Engineer and other project team members to provide administrative and technical support.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports by collecting, compiling and summarising relevant project information.

Maintain proper control, filing, distribution and updating of all project documentation, including drawings, reports, correspondence, inspection records and submissions.

Assist the Site Engineer in preparing project documentation, including progress reports, claims, inspection records and supporting documents.

Monitor the condition, cleanliness and proper operation of the Project Site Office at Pejabat Tapak RTB Parit Yaani,Batu Pahat

Assist the Site Clerk in the administration and daily operation of the Site Office.

Maintain document registers and ensure that the latest approved documents and drawings are available to the relevant project personnel.

Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department, Project Manager or Management.

Work Location: Site-based with travel to various project locations as required.

The successful candidate will assist the project team in quality inspections, material testing, progress reporting, document control and site office administration. The candidate will also support the Site Engineer and Project Manager in preparing reports, claims and other project-related documentation. The role requires frequent travel to project sites and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
