Job Summary
A Logistic Executive is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, dispatch, and receipt of goods. The role involves maintaining accuracy in stock records, coordinating with logistics teams, and ensuring warehouse safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks
- Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward shipments
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Supervise loading and unloading activities
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software for inventory tracking
- Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements:
- degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and/or customer service.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items as required.
