Job Description

• Lead the overall investment promotion, operations, and management of the industrial park
• Develop and execute investment promotion strategies to attract high-value industries, including data centers, semiconductors, biotechnology, logistics, and high-tech manufacturing
• Manage the full investment process, including client acquisition, negotiations, site selection, contract execution, and tenant onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with MIDA, MITI, local authorities, industry associations, and key stakeholders
• Oversee industrial park development, including land sales, infrastructure, utilities, civil works, and M&E coordination
• Support investors with company setup, regulatory approvals, environmental compliance, and development applications
• Establish and manage corporate services, property management, facilities management, and customer service operations
• Lead and develop local investment, operations, and project teams
• Manage annual budgets, operational planning, cost control, and business performance
• Drive industrial ecosystem development and ensure achievement of investment, revenue, and occupancy targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in industrial park investment promotion, operations, or project development
• Strong understanding of Malaysia's investment policies, industrial park development, and business environment
• Experience attracting investments in data centers, semiconductors, biotechnology, logistics, or high-tech industries
• Familiar with industrial park development, land sales, infrastructure development, and regulatory approval processes
• Experience working with MIDA, MITI, local authorities, and government agencies
• Strong investment promotion, business development, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Experience with Cyberjaya, Iskandar Malaysia, Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Batu Kawan, or Penang industrial parks is an advantage
• Existing government or industry network is highly preferred
• Experience supporting foreign direct investment (FDI), data center, e-commerce, or semiconductor projects is an advantage
• Results-oriented, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
