Job Description

• Design protective packaging solutions based on customer products and requirements.
• Prepare packaging drawings and production documentation using CAD software.
• Develop prototypes and improve existing packaging designs.
• Conduct product measurements and on-site evaluations at customer premises when required.
• Work closely with Sales, Production and QA teams to ensure project success.
• Participate in customer meetings to discuss packaging solutions and technical requirements.
• Support new product development and continuous improvement projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Passionate about product design, packaging development and 3D modelling.
• Strong interest in learning new skills and solving engineering challenges.
• Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills and willing to visit customers when necessary.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
