URGENT HIRING: HR Recruitment
Job Summary
The HR Recruitment is responsible for managing the recruitment process to attract and hire suitable candidates for the company's manpower needs. This role includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing employment documents, and supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all approved vacancies.
- Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes and job offers.
- Prepare and issue employment documents, including Letters of Offer (LOA).
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding
- Collect and verify new hire documents.
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new employees.
- Conduct new employee orientation and explain company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare system access, staff ID, uniforms, and other onboarding requirements.
Recruitment Administration
- Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Ensure employee personal files and recruitment documents are complete and properly filed.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Employer Branding
- Create and publish attractive job advertisements.
- Promote vacancies through online platforms and social media.
- Participate in recruitment events, walk-in interviews, and career fairs when required.
HR Support
- Assist with probation review documentation.
- Support HR projects and initiatives.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with recruitment experience will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRIS or recruitment systems is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
