Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Consultant to act as the APAC Business Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a major global HR Transformation project. You will drive the SuccessFactors Employee Central rollout and support Workforce Management process harmonization across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the APAC Business Process SME for Workforce Management / People Data
• Support the global SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation with strong regional focus
• Translate global project requirements into practical local APAC solutions
• Document local requirements and deviations from global standards
• Participate in project workstreams such as Organization Management, Employee Lifecycle Events, and Document Management
• Drive process harmonization to ensure global and regional consistency
• Collaborate closely with the Global Project Team, APAC Regional Captain, and country representatives
• Support change management and adoption across diverse markets

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10+ years of experience in HR Systems / HR Transformation
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR (R/3 or S/4HANA)
• Solid experience in HR process design, transformation, and process modelling
• Previous experience acting as a Business Process SME in global HR projects
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and stakeholder groups
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM11,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
