RAW MATERIALS & EXPORT

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and export items
• Issue raw materials to production as per approved requests
• Prepare and verify export-related documentation (packing lists, delivery notes, etc.)
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and export teams to ensure timely dispatch
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in audits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and inventory procedure

Qualification, Education, Experience and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); diploma or certificate in logistics/warehouse management (preferred)
• Previous experience as a storekeeper handling raw materials and/or exports (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of inventory control systems and documentation
• Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
