• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, promotions, delivery timelines, payment status, and order tracking.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Record and update all customer communications in the company's customer service system.
• Monitor incoming orders to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched according to schedule.
• Verify customer order information before shipment when necessary.
• Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or failed deliveries.
• Investigate returned products by coordinating with warehouse and quality control teams.
• Collect photographic evidence, delivery records, and supporting documents for damaged goods claims.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Assist in developing FAQs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer communication templates.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales Support.
• Familiarity with high-volume WhatsApp or social media inquiries.
• Basic reporting and data analysis skills (Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Result-driven with strong sense of urgency.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
