TECHNICIAN

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, facilities and systems (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and resort staff.
• Diagnose and repair technical faults in rooms, public areas, kitchens and recreational facilities (e.g. pools).
• Maintain lighting systems, electrical outlets, switches and other fixtures.
• Assist with landscaping and exterior facility maintenance as needed.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and clean manner.
• Perform minor carpentry and plumbing tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Support major maintenance projects and renovation work as required.

· Ability to repair and maintain ATV.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational certification preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or technician role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Physically fit and able to lift, climb and work in various indoor or outdoor environment.
• Experience in automotive or motorcycle maintenance

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
