Full Time SERVICE CREW - SUPERVISOR Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,800 in TIONG FOOD TRADING SDN BHD Johor Bahru - Ricebowl

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
• Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

SERVICE CREW ROLE :

• Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude, and also help with preliminary questions.
• Take orders correctly and give helpful menu ideas where necessary.
• Use a POS system to key in order.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the dining places, counters, and equipment.
• Control inventory by helping with receiving, checking, and stocking supplies.
• Adhere to all the health and safety and company operation standards.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
