KAMIGO is a modern wellness fast casual dining restaurant focused on serving Only Real Food. Everyday. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Kitchen Supervisor / Sous Chef to join our founding team and grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food preparation.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and SOPs.
• Supervise, train and motivate kitchen staffs and salad artists.
• Monitor food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory, stock ordering, receiving and stock rotation (FIFO).
• Control food cost, minimise wastage and maintain proper inventory records.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Support HALAL compliance, documentation and kitchen procedures.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Report kitchen performance, stock issues and operational matters to Management.
• Assist in improving kitchen SOPs and workflow.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Kitchen Supervisor or CDP: 3 years (Preferred)
