Axim Global Hiring! Full Time E-Commerce Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 6,300 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce & Social Commerce Executive (2 positions) to manage our online stores, drive sales growth, and support marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
• Create and update product listings, banners, and promotional materials using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Process orders and ensure marketplace delivery deadlines and KPIs are met.
• Reply to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints promptly.
• Participate in major campaigns such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, Payday Sales, and other promotional events.
• Recruit and manage affiliates, KOLs, live hosts, and content creators.
• Support livestream and social commerce activities.
• Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.

KPI / Success Measures

• Achieve monthly and annual GMV growth targets.
• Increase sales revenue, store traffic, and conversion rates.
• Meet campaign sales targets during mega sales events.
• Maintain high customer ratings and response rates.
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment and platform SLA compliance.
• Grow affiliate and livestream sales contribution.
• Improve ROAS and overall marketplace profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiar with affiliate marketing, livestream operations, and social media marketing.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work during peak campaign periods and sales events.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
