Team Leader (Cleaning Operations)

Location: Bukit Merah

Salary: $2,600 – $2,800 per month

Working Hours: 8AM – 5PM

Work Schedule: 6 days per week

Job Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the cleaning team to ensure high cleaning standards are maintained.

Assign and coordinate daily cleaning schedules.

Conduct on-site inspections and ensure work is completed efficiently.

Guide and support cleaners to ensure quality service.

Report any issues or customer feedback to Management.

Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly maintained.

Requirements

Previous cleaning industry experience is required.

Responsible, reliable, and able to lead a team.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and manage daily operations.

Positive attitude and willing to learn.
