We are looking for candidates who are interested in measurement and calibration to join our speciality.
We believe in continuous learning to be proficient and there is internal and external training or courses provided for our existing and new employees.
Responsibilities:-
- To carry out calibration in both laboratory and at site
- Set up calibration work-station, equipment and collect data
- Includes dismantling and installation, trouble-shoot and repair
- Pay visual attention to the performance of the equipment
- Review and analyse the data collected and trending behaviour
- Prepare report and review the report with Senior Engineer
- Liaise with OEM on technical matters
- Liaise with tools suppliers for jigs and fixtures fabrication
- Prepare report and maintain equipment record with details of service
- Maintain both clients’ and company’s equipment in good order and condition
- Maintain laboratory setup, procedures, calibration data
- Maintain 5S practices
- Read and follow procedures stated under ISO 17025 Quality Manual & SOP, OEM operating manual and procedures and Risk Assessment
Requirements:
- Graduates with Nitech, Higer Nitec, Diploma or Degree Certificate are welcome to apply
- Preferred discipline from Electronics, Electrical, Computer Networking or Mathematics and Physics
- Experience in calibration and measurement is not required (training will be provided)
- With strong hands-on technical skills or willing to hands-on on electrical and instrumentation devices
- With good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess drive and able to work independently
- With or without Class 3 driving licence
Pay: From $2,200.00 per month
