URGENT HIRING: Accounts Executive – Full Set Accounts
Location: Pandan Avenue, West Singapore

Immediate Vacancy | Able to Start Immediately Preferred

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team.

If you have experience handling full set accounts, AP & AR, monthly closing, and enjoy working in a stable and supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts independently
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Handle monthly closing and financial reports
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Maintain and monitor company cash flow
• Ensure proper filing and accurate accounting records
• Support management with accounting and finance-related matters
• Assist with other ad-hoc accounting duties when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in handling AP & AR
• Able to manage full set accounts
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Mandarin proficiency required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP system
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
• Good working attitude and willing to learn
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
