Your new role will support:
Own the Order-to-Cash cycle
Manage the rent roll, lease accounting, revenue recognition, tenant adjustments, and aged receivables to ensure accuracy and timely collection.
Oversee the Procure-to-Pay function
Govern operating and capital expenditure payables, refunds, and disbursements with strong controls.
Lead the Record-to-Report process
Drive monthly close, consolidation, and statutory reporting for multiple entities, including management reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany processes.
Manage and develop the finance shared services team
Set service standards, monitor performance, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement across transactional finance.
Support portfolio performance and transformation initiatives
Partner with FP&A and stakeholders on KPI tracking, business reviews, and finance system enhancements or process re-engineering.
Ensure robust financial governance
Provide accounting guidance, maintain internal controls, support tax and treasury compliance, and manage the external audit interface.
What you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, with professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent
At least 7 years of accounting and financial control experiences
Strong end-to-end exposure across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report
Solid experience in real estate or property accounting (rent roll, lease accounting, CAPEX)
Proven track record leading month-end close, consolidation, and statutory reporting
Experience managing or working within a finance shared services environment
People leadership experience, with the ability to develop and motivate a team
Working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with system enhancements or transformation is a plus
