Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, WIP and profitability.
• Analyse budget variances, cost overruns and project risks.
• Coordinate with project, QS, procurement and operations teams.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes.
• Support audit, tax, banking and management reporting matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Construction, engineering or contracting industry experience is essential.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
