China Comservice (Hong Kong) Limited Hiring! Full Time BMS Engineer in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Design electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects, including power distribution, lighting, earthing, and emergency systems.

• Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, load calculations, and equipment schedules using CAD/BIM tools.

• Conduct site supervision, ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.

• Support procurement, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.

• Design and review electrical layouts for data centers, including UPS, generator, PDU, and monitoring systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• At least 3–5 years of electrical design experience in Hong Kong, preferably with an E&M contractor or main contractor.

• Knowledge of Hong Kong electricity ordinances, Code of Practice, and relevant standards.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Dialux/Relux, Amtech, and Microsoft Office.

• Data center electrical design experience is a strong advantage.

• Candidates with both site and design experience are preferred.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and project coordination abilities.
