About the Role

We are seeking a versatile, high-performing Software Engineer / Analyst Programmer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between robust backend engineering, containerized cloud infrastructure, and cutting-edge automation.

Core Project Involvements

• AI Applications: Developing and integrating intelligent solutions, including LLM integrations, AI agents, and smart workflow automation.

• Ansible Automation Solutions: Architecting and implementing enterprise-wide IT automation and configuration management playbooks.

• K8S Container Platforms: Deploying, managing, and optimizing microservices across high-availability Kubernetes environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust full-stack applications using Python and Java.

• Build, maintain, and secure high-performance RESTful APIs for internal and external system integrations.

• Manage containerized environments, ensuring seamless orchestration and administration across Kubernetes (K8S) and Docker.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across clustered database and messaging environments.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplined technical field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid, hands-on experience as a Software Engineer or Analyst Programmer.

• Backend Development: Deep proficiency in Python and Java, with a strong track record of building enterprise-grade REST APIs.

• Containerization & Orchestration: Proven experience with Docker containers and active Kubernetes (K8S) administration.

Desirable Tech Stack (Great to Have)

• Automation: Hands-on experience with Ansible (Playbooks, AWX/AAP).

• Data & Messaging: Experience managing Apache Kafka event streams and MySQL Clusters.

• Workflows & AI: Familiarity with enterprise workflow platforms and building/integrating AI Agents.

• The "Vibe Coding" Edge: Candidates who are highly adept at "vibe coding"—leveraging AI-assisted development tools (like Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) to rapidly prototype and iterate —will be given a significant advantage.

Soft Skills & Attributes

• Self-Starter & Fast Learner: Ability to pick up new technologies, frameworks, and business domains quickly with minimal supervision.
