Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for automation engineer based in Melaka. The Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, performing calibration, maintenance and repair tasks, and delivering exceptional support. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure the optimal performance.

Overseas training is provided for suitable candidates for up to 3- month with fully covered on trip expenses.

Qualifications

• Keen to learn troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in semiconductor equipment
• Some experience in performing maintenance and repair tasks
• Some skilled in providing field technical support to customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction
• Ability to analyse problems and implement timely solutions
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment is advantageous
• Willingness to work on-site in Melaka, and travel outstation/overseas for support
• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to communicate/read in Mandarin is advantageous
